Once Upon a Summertime...
Children’s Paradise offers an exciting and enriching Before and After School Program. Your child can begin and end each day in a safe atmosphere, that provides a broad range of engaging activities. We also offer transportation to and from local schools, and work with your child’s school calendar to provide programs during holidays and summer break.
Our Before and After School Program offers: - Breakfast and afternoon snack
- Homework help and quiet time activities
- Daily hands-on projects including art, science, and cooking
- Outdoor time which encourages physical activity and cooporative games
Summer Camp, Winter Holiday and Spring Break
Our summer, winter and spring break camps were designed to provide a safe, fun and familiar place for your child year round. Each week centers around a different theme, and the activities and field trips are carefully chosen to reinforce that theme. Some themes and activities include:- Spectacular Sports: Learn how to play street soccer, basketball and flag football; than take in a Padre game at Petco Park (www.sandiego.padres.mlb.com).
- Incredible Edibles: Make painted toast, fried won tons and take a trip to Pat and Oscars (www.breadstick.com) for breadsticks and pizza. We’ll also
mix up our own ice cream creation at Coldstone Creamery (www.coldstonecreamery.com).
- Super Science: Create some crazy concoctions, make slippery slime and find a dinosaur fossil with Mad Science (www.madscience.org).
